Let’s talk about Black Bee Honey - a Somerset-based company producing single-origin, British honey that actually tastes like where it came from.

It’s raw, unblended, unbothered - and absolutely stunning drizzled over cheese (my favourite way to eat it, always).

I used Black Bee in my last foodie venture and fell in love with both the flavour and the philosophy. They care about the bees, the beekeepers, and the land - and you can taste that in every jar.
