Let me tell you about Gingerbeard’s Preserves - and the legend behind it, Harry.

Based in Bristol, Harry handmakes small-batch chutneys, jams, hot sauces and condiments that are genuinely unforgettable (like, scrape-the-jar good).

I first used his produce years ago in a different business - and I’ve never stopped loving it.

There’s something about the way he blends bold flavour with proper craftsmanship that just sticks with you (and elevates everything you put it on).

So it felt only right that when I started In Bed with Your Locals, Harry and his jars would be back in the mix.

Same maker, new chapter - and still just as bloody delicious.
