Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you—and your gift recipients—to be delighted with every order. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

For non-perishable, non-customised products, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the item for a full refund.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

In line with UK consumer law, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or drink items)

  • Personalised or made-to-order hampers

  • Items that have been opened or used

Faulty or Damaged Items

If anything in your hamper is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible.

We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund only if the hamper hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet.
